The room was very nice and had a great view of the farmers field. The bathroom was wonderfully large with great details. The check-in staff was welcoming and the price was very reasonable. The hotel was close to restaurants and located in the western Chicago suburbs, making it convenient for our family get together in Yorkville. To add to everything else, the hotel offered fresh cookies and coffee in the lobby.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when we had an issue with our room. The front desk person was really great about it and gave us a new, clean room immediately. We were also impressed with the problem-solving skills of Jose, who helped with the sliding doors. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the breakfast being subpar and a slight odor in the room, we would still highly recommend this hotel. we had a positive experience at Hampton Inn and would definitely stay there again.
