The value for our money at Hancock House was exceptional. The room was beautifully renovated and comfortable, providing ample space for our group. The location was perfect, with easy access and free parking. The staff treated us well and we felt welcomed throughout our stay.

Breakfast choices could be improved by ensuring the coffee maker is in working order and providing shampoo and conditioner in the shower. It would also be helpful to receive access information prior to arrival.

The hotel had an advantageous location, close to key tourist attractions. the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. the private feeling of being in your own apartment building was also a great feature.

We found burn marks on the bedroom wall, and brown stains on the kitchen counter, bathroom sink, and toilet. the pull-out sofa was also without any bedding, which was uncomfortable for the guests who slept there.
