We stayed for a week and had a beautiful poolside condo that was incredibly clean and well stocked. The pictures didn't do it justice, as it was even more beautiful in person. The location was perfect, quiet at night and close to attractions. The front staff was friendly and provided helpful information. The condo had plenty of room, a fully equipped kitchen, and good Wi-Fi. it was a spacious, clean, and peaceful place.

The townhome and pool were clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee and dishwasher pucks that were provided. The location was fantastic, just a few blocks away from a Medieval Castle and easy access to Hwy 192 leading to Disney World.

The beds were uncomfortable and the view from the balcony overlooked the woods, which made us feel uneasy. We would have preferred a view of the pool or other townhomes.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for our family. The staff treated us with kindness and were always helpful.

I recently stayed at Berkley Lake Townhomes for a week-long vacation. The staff at the reception was great, very helpful and nice. The location of the townhomes was ideal, close to everything we wanted to do. I loved that our unit was right by the pool, making it easy to keep an eye on the kids. The house itself was big and clean, and having a separate toilet downstairs was very convenient. The pool was a good size, with enough chairs and shade for everyone. The gym equipment may not be extensive, but it was enough for a good workout. a great experience!

We had a fantastic stay at the townhouse in Kissimmee. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private pool and spa were a great addition and we enjoyed relaxing there after a long day of exploring. The community was quiet and safe, and the amenities such as the pool, tennis courts, and gym were in excellent condition. The location was convenient with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and theme parks. we highly recommend this property for a wonderful vacation experience.

The resort has a fantastic pool and a fully equipped house. The staff are helpful and friendly. It is located in a safe, gated community and close to all attractions in Orlando and Kissimmee. The place is very clean with good WIFI and all kitchen appliances available. There is a supermarket just around the corner in case you need anything. it feels like a home away from home.

I recently stayed at Berkley Lake Townhomes for a family vacation. We were pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped apartment that comfortably accommodated all six of us. The king bed was absolutely gigantic and provided a great night's sleep. Despite arriving late, the key was waiting for us in a special coded box, making check-in a breeze. We appreciated that the office sold tickets to major parks at fair prices. The pool was just the right size and the nearby Walmart was incredibly convenient. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were helpful and informative about the area. We loved the clean and comfortable accommodations, as well as the beautiful patio out the back.
