This hotel offers fantastic value for money with its great off-season rate. Located conveniently right off of I-17, it provides easy freeway access to various activities in the region. Plus, the large suburban house and spacious rooms ensure a comfortable stay.

All was absolutely fine at this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Happy Valley House. The friendly host, Christine, made me feel right at home. The suburban house was clean and functional, perfect for those who prefer a non-fussy B&B. The pool with the rock waterfall was a beautiful spot to relax. I also appreciated the convenient location with easy freeway access. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay.

I had a great stay at this budget accommodation in Phoenix area. The location was convenient, with easy access to the freeway and activities in the region. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good bed and a nice smell. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, making me feel at ease immediately. The house had a beautiful pool with a rock waterfall, and there was a spacious patio area to relax. The continental breakfast was sufficient, and the cleanliness of the shared bathroom was spotless.

They didn't see our request for an early check-in, so we missed out on enjoying the outdoor experience by the pool.

The bed and breakfast was well arranged and welcoming. I appreciated the attention to detail provided by the owners. The location was convenient, as it was located very close to the highway, and it made exploring the area easy. the house had a lovely back patio/pool area which was a great spot to relax and unwind.

The house had limited bathrooms available, and it was awkward trying to locate them. Some guests had to wander around in search of a bathroom and ask a long-term guest for directions.
