The hotel has a great location, with easy access to popular tourist destinations, excellent restaurants, and a beautiful harbor across the street. The rooms are cozy and come with a fridge and partial ocean views. The lobby coffee and breakfast offerings are quite nice.

The hotel has some areas that need improvement, such as outdated TV, broken blinds, and tired decoration.

We loved the bay windows overlooking Pillar Point Harbor and the easy access to the harbor. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing a warm reception and answering our questions about the room. The shower was great and the newly remodeled room had all the amenities we needed, including a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. The location was convenient, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and beaches. As bike riders, we appreciated the proximity to bike-friendly routes and the ability to explore the area on two wheels.

We felt warm throughout our stay, but there was no reason to complain. The overall experience was still enjoyable.

The Harbor View Inn made my stay in Half Moon Bay unforgettable. The reception lady was incredibly sweet and the lobby breakfast was a great way to start my day. The rooms and bathrooms were beautifully updated, with a cozy fireplace in the wall adding a special touch. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the harbor, restaurants, and the beach. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. The staff were friendly and helpful, making it a truly enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a great time here! The location was perfect, within walking distance to food places and the nearby harbour. It was easy to get across Highway 1 to the nice cafe next door. The staff were amazing and accommodating, granting my request for an early check-in. The room was well-maintained with all the amenities I could need, including free toiletries, an electric kettle and even a makeup remover wipe.

This place is highly recommended for families as well.

Our room was newly renovated with a cozy gas fireplace and comfortable beds, plus a coffee machine and snacks for breakfast. Although close to the highway, the seals' lullaby was lovely. we highly recommend this charming hotel for a great stay.

The Christmas stay was terrific! the staff was kind and courteous, offering cookies and cocoa upon arrival. the hotel's location was ideal, near several restaurants and shops. Plus, the complimentary breakfast and parking were a fantastic added bonus.

The noise from a nearby fog horn that goes off every 10 seconds throughout the night. This was not mentioned before we checked in, and it made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
