Great location, within walking distance of attractions and nightlife. the staff was excellent and very helpful. the room was comfortable with a nice large bathtub. a convenient and enjoyable stay.

The room was not ready when we checked in, and we had difficulty with our room keys. the pool was too shallow for swimming, and there was a lack of lighting in the room.

Just spent a weekend getaway at the beautiful Hotel Zoso in downtown Palm Springs. The room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view of the pool and mountains. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The location was perfect, as we were able to walk to many restaurants and attractions easily. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with a beautiful view of the nearby desert. The bathroom was clean and modern, with plenty of hot water and fluffy towels. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a relaxing oasis in the city.

We did have a negative experience with some other guests who were loud and disruptive in the pool area.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Zoso. The breakfast was excellent and the pool area was enjoyable. Though I had trouble with my room key, the staff were helpful in quickly resolving the issue. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was fantastic. With reasonable prices for drinks and food, I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable everything was. Secondly, the staff attention to detail was impeccable. From the friendly valet attendants to the accommodating front desk staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect. Just a short walk to downtown and the restaurant we were going to, it was incredibly convenient. Plus, the rooms with a patio and a view of the mountains were a lovely touch, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Oh, and to top it off, breakfast was included and they even offered a takeaway box!
