We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful, going above and beyond to fulfill our requests. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the staff made us feel welcome with small gestures like offering us a bottle of water. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had good lighting. The hotel facilities were easily accessible, including the front desk, parking lot, pool , and meeting rooms. The hotel's location was convenient, with nearby restaurants and stores. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, parking, and location were outstanding.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed by the awesome customer service provided by the staff at the front desk. They were attentive and listened to our needs, going above and beyond to assist us. Additionally, the facility offered excellent amenities such as a clean pool and a lively bar, which made our stay enjoyable. the hotel's location was also convenient, with nearby trails in the woods for a peaceful retreat.

One downside was that the bathroom in our room was smaller than what we were accustomed to. It would have been more comfortable if the bathroom had more space.

The hotel itself had a cozy atmosphere, with comfortable beds and pillows for a restful sleep. The indoor and outdoor pools provided a relaxing way to unwind after a long day. Although the rooms could use updating and there was a slight smell in one of the rooms, the overall experience was positive. We would recommend this hotel for its great customer service and comfortable accommodations. we had a pleasant stay at the Hartford Marriott Farmington.

Great complementary breakfast/coffee, and an impressive view from the room was a real treat. the hotel's location in a safe area with easy access to transportation was ideal and made it easy for us to get around. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The TV in our room had limited channel options and there was no Wi-Fi available in the room, forcing us to use our mobile data. the hotel's restaurant was quite expensive, so we opted to eat elsewhere.
