The staff was awesome! They were happy to have us and our dog, and the check-out process was comforting. the history of the hotel was great and added to the experience. the location was perfect, with easy access to downtown shops and restaurants.

The carpets in the room were filthy, making it uncomfortable to walk barefoot. There were issues with the elevator not working, causing the inconvenience of having to carry bags down the stairs.

The charming, well-maintained hotel had a perfect downtown location. Deluxe queen suite with comfortable beds, parlor, and amenities like a hair dryer, iron, and mini fridge. Friendly and helpful staff, convenient parking options, and a great bar with evening entertainment.

The parking lot for this hotel is across the street, but we could easily unload and load our bags in the pass-through. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating, bringing our bags up to our room upon request. The beauty of this lovely vintage hotel was enchanting, and the young man at the front desk was professional and welcoming. We enjoyed the bar, restaurant, and coffee bar in the lobby, and the desserts looked divine! The comfortable king bed with luxurious bedding provided a restful night's sleep, and the view of the courtyard and fountain from our room was delightful. The cleanliness of the room and the bottled water provided were much appreciated.

The A/C in the room was quite noisy and set at a fixed temperature, which disrupted our sleep. We also experienced a delay in receiving breakfast service, which made us feel rushed.

our recent stay at a charming inn in prescott was made even better at hassayampa inn. the location was perfect for exploring, the private room had a jacuzzi bath and separate toilet, and the fireplace and piped music added a cozy touch. the pool looked amazing, and breakfast at the restaurant was a great start to the day.

Elevator accessibility was limited.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband's birthday at this charming hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially considering my husband's recent kidney transplant. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Prescott, and the view from our room over the patio was lovely. Bonus points for allowing pets - our dog Mocha absolutely loved it here. The old-time elevator added a touch of nostalgia, and the hot showers were a welcome treat. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the historic inn for one night and absolutely loved it. The location was great, not right on Whiskey Row but close enough to everything we needed. The lobby area was beautiful and there was even a firepit to relax by. We really appreciated being able to open the windows and get fresh air. The staff, especially Brad the bartender, were incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms exquisite. We will definitely be back!

We loved the hotel's beautiful lobby and public spaces, as well as the small but tastefully decorated room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to downtown Prescott and explore its restaurants, shops, and museums. The hotel also had a lovely courtyard, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and excellent happy hour martinis.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the town. It was convenient to have all the restaurants and bars within walking distance. the live music in the bar was a nice touch, although it might be too loud for some people. the restaurant served delicious food, especially the prime rib and chicken Alfredo. the historic touches in the hotel added to its charm and created a throwback to a bygone era. the room was comfortable and the French onion soup was top notch.

Hassayampa Inn was a great value for the money. The room was comfortable, with modern features and a touch of 1920's charm. The location was perfect, allowing for easy access to restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety and better quality dishes.

The location was perfect, right near the square and downtown Prescott. We loved being close to restaurants and shops. The cozy fireplace in the main room made our stay even more enjoyable, especially since it snowed during our visit. The staff, especially Karen, went above and beyond to help us when we left something behind. They made sure our belongings were secure and were always friendly and professional. We were pleasantly surprised by the quietness of our suite and the great value for the price we paid.
