Perfect location in the French Quarter. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and nice rooms. Affordable compared to other hotels in the area

Couldn't fault, except for minor drawbacks

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of New Orleans. The hotel had a genuine New Orleans vibe, complete with a magical garden and a friendly host named Herb. The rooms were clean and classy, and the hotel staff was helpful, offbeat, and entertaining. The location was ideal, with the French Market just a few blocks away. The courtyard was adorable, with a tented seating area and a cute fire pit. The Inn Keeper was awesome, welcoming us warmly and giving us a tour of the room. It was a cozy and enjoyable stay, made even better by the complimentary drinks and coffee.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, with a charming courtyard featuring a tented seating area and a cozy fire pit for those chilly nights. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. Additionally, I was fortunate to have the whole place to myself, adding an extra level of comfort and privacy to my stay.

Located right in the heart of the vibrant French Quarter, this hotel offers an authentic New Orleans experience. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the staff is friendly and accommodating. You can enjoy a walk through the historic property and even visit the famous "Axeman's" room. The location allows you to easily explore the downtown area and everything it has to offer.

The hot water can be a bit unreliable at times, but the staff is quick to help you resolve any issues.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the communication before arrival was lacking, with no clear instructions on how to access the hotel.

The hotel's staff were very accommodating and friendly, always willing to help with any concerns I had. the hotel had a good location, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. I appreciated having a guest kitchen available for use, with a variety of food and drink options, and also appreciated the option to do laundry on-site.

The room was on the smaller side and lacked some basic amenities, such as a chair. the building itself is older, and while that gave it some charm, it came with some drawbacks, such as creaky floors and a lack of room cleaning.

Conveniently located in the French Quarter. Early check-in and complimentary drinks provided. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to attractions. Will definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay at the Haunted Hotel. The location was perfect and our front room with a balcony was spectacular. The beds were comfy and the shower had good hot water. The fully equipped guest kitchen was a nice bonus, and the staff were friendly and helpful. a great experience!
