There were a few negative aspects during my stay. the linen in the room was initially unclean and had to be changed upon notification.

My recent stay at Hawthorn in Louisville was fantastic! I was there for a leisure trip and stayed for three nights. The location was perfect, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast options were spectacular, and the area looked awesome. The staff, especially the clerk at the counter, was outstanding. She went above and beyond to fix a problem with our room size and was incredibly hospitable throughout our stay. The night shift staff was also polite and accommodating. The room itself was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well. it was a great experience!

I recently stayed at Hawthorn Suites for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, with several restaurants within walking distance and being near the water was a plus for me. The staff, particularly Chris in the kitchen and the young lady with the British accent, provided excellent customer service. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a stove, dishwasher, and sofa. The cleanliness was impressive, and I felt safe leaving my belongings there. The breakfast had a great selection of food and beverages. a comfortable and convenient stay.
