The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect after a long day of sightseeing. The pool and Jacuzzi were a wonderful treat. The mini fridge, coffeemaker, and microwave were a big plus. The breakfast offered was great. The location was perfect, close to attractions like the Uptown Theater and CIA. We also enjoyed visiting Oxbow Market and trying the Bloody Mary at Broadway Joes. Safari West was a great experience, just about an hour's drive away.

As someone who loves being in direct touch with nature, I really appreciated the convenient location of the property near the Napa Wine Train Station. It made exploring the beautiful Napa/Sonoma area and its natural surroundings very easy.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. The rooms were a decent size and had all the basic amenities I needed, like a fridge, microwave, and iron/ironing board. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was great with a good variety of options, including a hot meal. The location was also convenient, being outside of downtown Napa but still close enough to easily access all the attractions.

The only downside was that the sink area was separate from the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient for privacy. However, everything else was perfectly fine.

The room was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the kitchen sink in the room, which would be perfect for an extended stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and the golf course. The breakfast offered a lot of variety, ensuring that no one left hungry. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

I was disappointed with the lack of consideration for the environment during breakfast. the hotel provided plastic cups, paper plates, and plastic cutlery, which was wasteful and not environmentally friendly.

I recently stayed at Hawthorn in Napa for a weekend getaway. The breakfast buffet was amazing and worth every penny. The beds were extremely comfortable and the convenience of having a microwave and fridge in the room was great. The staff were friendly and professional, and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job keeping the room spotless. Hawthorn provided a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The room was a decent size with a separate sink from the toilet/tub. The bed was super comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, both hot and cold. The hotel is in a good location with many restaurants nearby, some within walking distance. The staff, especially Shanina, was friendly and helpful. We felt safe during an earthquake and the hotel handled the situation well, with staff monitoring the building and serving breakfast as usual the next morning.

For me, staying here was a real delight. This place is nestled outside of the bustling city centre, which means I got to rest peacefully after a long day. Besides, the staff provided great service from check-in to check-out. The room came equipped with everything I needed - like ironing facilities, tea and coffee amenities, as well as comfortable garden furniture where I sat and had my morning cup of coffee. The indoor swimming pool, spa & wellness centre and fitness studio were impressive. I took advantage of the indoor pool and jacuzzi, which were a great way to unwind after a long day.

During our stay, we found ourselves in a convenient location to enjoy the nearby wineries and local restaurants. We appreciated the close proximity to the golf tournament, and it was very easy to get around to everything we wanted to do. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The front desk service was friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which had a few warm options. we were pleased with the variety of facilities and room advantages that were offered.

The paper-thin walls were an issue, and we could hear odd clicking noises from the walls at times.

The beds were comfy, unit very clean and kept, breakfast more than continental. Front desk helpful, wifi worked well.
