The location was very convenient since it was situated in a central area and close to both Universal and Disney. the breakfast that was served was delicious and the best part of it was that it was complimentary. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Mayra. She was always available and more than happy to help.

The rooms definitely needed a deep cleaning, particularly in the kitchenette which had a few ants. the toilets were too low to the ground making it difficult for elderly guests to use them.
