Loft and living room TVs had issues. Ants everywhere, leaky light, unhelpful maintenance. Stranded with kids, had to find another hotel for 2 days, cost more. Disappointing start to trip.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel which is located in a great area, nearby Universal theme parks. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. Even though the rooms were on the second level, they were kept clean and had all basic amenities and utensils for cooking. The breakfast included was great, except for the coffee.

No negative aspects to mention, everything was perfect!
