The setting overlooking the river is idyllic, perfect for a peaceful stay. The hosts are attentive and accommodating, especially to my needs as a disabled traveler. The welcome on arrival was lovely, and everything was thoughtfully arranged for my stay. The jacuzzi bath was a welcome treat after a long journey on my motorbike. To top it off, the owner even lent me their car to drive into town for dinner. Such generosity and excellent service truly make this a 5-star experience, and more.

The service provided by the owners was outstanding, and they even provided vouchers for breakfast at the nearby Heathstone Bakery and Tea house. The country fried chicken breakfast was a standout and alone worth a return visit. The log cabin accommodations added to the serene and relaxing environment, and we even spotted deer right outside our windows. The front desk gave us a tip to walk down a trail to the river for a gorgeous sunset view of the rolling hills and cascading river rapids. The library had games like Jenga that we could borrow and play. it was a truly unforgettable and enjoyable stay that I would highly recommend.
