Great spot for family get togethers, with multiple docks and pools, plus restaurants, ice cream shop and gift shop. Staff were friendly and no problems during stay.

We had a blast at this resort! Multiple docks, pools, and hot tubs were perfect for our family get together. Restaurants on site were convenient and the ice cream shop was a treat. The gift shop had cute and useful things. Staff was friendly and helpful. The size of the room was great, with plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The view of the lake was breathtaking. The pool was a good size for kids, ranging from 3ft to 7ft deep. The Grey Rock restaurant was fantastic, and we highly recommend the Evensong Spa for a relaxing experience. The beds were comfortable and the Captain on the escapade cocktail cruise was a fantastic entertainer.

The location of this hotel is impressive, right on the lake. It made for a very pleasant and picturesque setting for our stay. The rooms in the old building were spacious, nice and clean. Plus, the gas fireplace added a cozy touch to our stay. The basic amenities provided by the hotel were excellent. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast at the hotel was okay, but we preferred going into town to get freshly made foods. However, the hotel's breakfast buffet looked excellent with huge fresh strawberries and many selections if you have a large appetite.

All was okay, though there is room for improvement.

We had an amazing view of the lake from our room. The pillows on the bed were so comfortable, we even bought some from the gift shop. The food on site was great, and if we wanted to explore, there were other dining options nearby. The staff were incredibly nice and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The Lawsonia Golf Course, a top golf destination in Wisconsin, was right nearby, which was perfect for our trip. We also loved the recently remodeled common areas and the indoor pool and spa, making it a great family-friendly spot.
