The assigned parking right outside my door was convenient, and the surrounding area was beautiful. it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The check-in service could have been improved. The process was slow and there was a mix-up with a credit card, causing delays and frustration.

We stayed in a spacious and clean room with a large, comfortable King Size bed. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and provided soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The staff were extremely helpful and provided non-allergenic pillows upon request. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown and with ample parking. the hotel had a community room with coffee and a well-designed layout of the grounds.

The hotel did not adequately enforce its own policy regarding quiet hours, which affected our sleep on one night.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better is having coffee and a microwave in the room. It would have been nice to have the convenience of making coffee and reheating food without having to wait or venture off the premises.

our stay at heliotrope was even better than our previous visit to bellingham. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with nice touches like a blackboard on the door. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the shower was fantastic.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and had a great time! the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and modern. the location was perfect, close to downtown and all the attractions. Really liked the fridge and microwave in the room, made it easy to store and heat up leftovers. Also, enjoyed the fire pit outside, made for a cozy and fun atmosphere.

There were a couple of things that could have been better. the shower curtain had a sour smell and pink mold on the bottom, which was a bit unpleasant.
