The hotel's location was perfect, very near the bridge in town and close to everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was plentiful and delicious. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The hotel is a great value for money, considering its prices are reasonable and it offers some fantastic amenities. The rooms on the connected patio are a highlight, as they provide a relaxing hot tub experience on the second floor. Additionally, the attention to detail in the rooms, such as the jacuzzi tub, adds that extra touch of luxury. The downtown location is also convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and sites.

The only minor inconvenience we experienced was limited counter/dressertop space in the room.

I had a wonderful stay at Hermann Crown Suites! The Victorian Suite was absolutely delightful, with a cozy fireplace and a luxurious jet tub. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with restaurants and shops just a short distance away. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The hotel I stayed in during my solo trip was conveniently located near a bridge and walking distance to little shops. There were also plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. The bathroom in my room was clean and the staff provided prompt service when requested. The breakfast was good too.

I was disappointed that the sofa bed was in bad shape, despite notifying the front desk. It was an inconvenience to move twice for fixing the pullout.

The location of this inn was perfect - it was in the heart of the city and close to all the wineries. We also loved the complimentary shuttle service to the wineries, it made our day trips so much easier. the bar area was a fun place to hang out, play board games, and enjoy some local wines. the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. And the best part was the suite we stayed in, it was clean, comfy, and had a separate jacuzzi tub room.

One downside was that we had to wait until 3 pm to check-in, even though there were available rooms. It was a bit inconvenient after a long bike ride in the hot weather.
