During my recent stay at Herrington Inn & Spa, I was blown away by the incredible service and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, even stashing frozen foods in their freezer for me. The room itself was beautiful, with a cozy gas fireplace and a lovely view of the river. I also had the pleasure of enjoying a massage, which was absolutely heavenly. The bathroom was immaculate and the heated floors were a luxurious touch. The cookies and milk provided during turn-down service were a thoughtful gesture. my experience at Herrington Inn & Spa was nothing short of amazing.

Located in the heart of the historic district, this charming hotel is situated near many western suburban activities. The shops are easily accessible, plus the river is a short walk away. The Creamery Room has a balcony facing the river, which offers a lovely view. The staff provides exceptional service, and the spa treatments are divine. Breakfast was amazing, and the omelettes and hash browns were beautifully plated. The hotel has an old-world feel to it with beautiful limestone floors, and the dining room and lounge are very welcoming.

The room lighting was quite dim, with only two lamps, and reading on our balcony was necessary.

The room was fantastic - spacious and with a beautiful view of the river. The large bathtub was definitely a highlight. The hotel's location was also great, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Plus, it was convenient to catch a train to the city, just a few blocks away.

The staff seemed to need some extra training. They forgot to include the champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in the 'romance package' I paid for, which was a letdown.

The hotel was located right on the river, providing a beautiful view. It was also conveniently close to the downtown area and many activities in the western suburbs. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a gorgeous bathtub and fireplace in the room. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing a turn down service with milk and cookies.

I had a fantastic stay at the beautiful Herrington Inn. It was my birthday weekend, so I was looking for a place to relax, and this hotel did not disappoint. The spa and restaurant on-site were definitely a plus. I loved having the option to enjoy my coffee or drink on the balcony with a stunning view. The spa treatment my husband tried was worth every penny, as it helped soothe his sore muscles. The staff was friendly and pleasant, and the peaceful atmosphere allowed me to completely unwind. Thank you, Herrington Inn, for a wonderful stay. I will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our recent stay at the Herrington Inn! The room had heated floors and smelled amazing. The view was incredible and there was a beautiful walking park just across the bridge from the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the countless shops, bakeries, chocolate shops, restaurants. There was so much to do and see in the area, making it a perfect destination for couples looking for a romantic getaway. We will definitely be returning soon!

The rooms were beautifully decorated, with comfortable four poster beds and soft bed linen. The spacious bathrooms with spa type bath and walk-in shower were amazing. The hotel had stunning views of the river, and there were great walking paths nearby. The continental breakfast had a nice selection of pastries, cereal, and hot beverages. The free WiFi was fast and efficient.

The lighting in the rooms was not great, making them feel a bit dark. The drinks at the bar were quite expensive, especially a simple cup of tea.
