The location was unbeatable, with a wide range of restaurants, a grocery store, and public transit routes just a short walk away. the beds were incredibly comfortable, almost like memory foam, and I found myself falling asleep quickly every night. the hostel provided free earplugs and other toiletries, which was a nice touch.

The room cleanliness was a bit lacking, with dust on the windowsill and a fly that flew out from the blinds when I opened them. Some rooms also had temperature issues, with some being extremely hot while others had a draft.

The staff were fantastic, comfortable beds, convenient location near public transportation, well-equipped kitchen, informative recommendations, secure storage room.

The shared bathrooms were also clean and spacious, with separate facilities for men and women. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful during my Christmas stay. They provided a great breakfast and had a huge kitchen available for use. The location was key as the hop-on, hop-off tour bus and free waterfront shuttle bus stopped directly in front of the hotel. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the light rail station, making it easy to explore the city. One more advantage that I enjoyed was the card key access, which was more convenient than carrying a physical key.

I had a fantastic stay at Hi - Seattle Hostel At The American. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome right from the start. When I arrived late at night, I had some trouble finding the place, but the transit police and kind strangers directed me in the right direction. The location was perfect for catching transportation to explore the city. The shower worked great, and I had no issues using my CPAP machine. The lounge area was spacious and enjoyable for eating and watching TV. I was extremely satisfied with my experience.

Although the outside noise was expected in a big city, it did get a bit loud at times. Additionally, I found the room to be very cold, especially next to the window.

We also enjoyed the amenities such as the laundry facilities, spacious kitchen, and the happy hour on Saturdays. the hotel was well-managed, clean, and organized, thanks to the responsive and smiley hotel manager.
