Lovely location by waterway, great for wildlife watching and photography. Good value for money. Clean room with fresh bed linens and basic kitchen amenities. Helpful and available staff. Quiet at night with well-kept pool and grounds.

We had a late arrival, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process. They left an envelope with our room information taped to the door, making it hassle-free for us to settle in after a long day of travel. The location of the resort is fantastic, and the neighborhood felt safe even for a solo traveler like me. The property itself was clean and well-maintained, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. We also enjoyed the pool and the beautiful view from the canal deck. we felt welcomed and comfortable during our stay.

The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the water. The facilities, including the patio and BBQ area, were fantastic. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions. I had a wonderful stay at Hideaway Waterfront Resort & Hotel.

The suite upgrade was spacious and clean, with a great shower. The waterview was amazing and relaxing. The staff was hospitable and the pool was actually heated. The apartment had a full kitchen and a beautiful patio on the canal. Complimentary kayaks and reliable wifi were a plus.

Room size was excellent. Furniture could be updated. Landscaping was great. Area for pets. Back deck and sandy areas were terrific. Staff was exceptional. Office Manager had a cookout for July 4th which was fun even though it started to storm.

The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is wonderful, with picturesque scenery on a canal. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, feeling more like an apartment than a hotel room. The service from the staff is outstanding, making you feel welcome and at home. The hotel also has basic amenities and a breakfast serving.

This hotel is tucked away in a lovely residential neighborhood on a canal. The views are amazing! The rooms are modern, spacious, and come equipped with a kitchen which is perfect for those on a budget or hoping to cook a meal. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is extremely friendly and attentive. In addition, the hotel offers a quality breakfast.
