We had a late arrival, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process. They left an envelope with our room information taped to the door, making it hassle-free for us to settle in after a long day of travel. The location of the resort is fantastic, and the neighborhood felt safe even for a solo traveler like me. The property itself was clean and well-maintained, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. We also enjoyed the pool and the beautiful view from the canal deck. we felt welcomed and comfortable during our stay.

The suite upgrade was spacious and clean, with a great shower. The waterview was amazing and relaxing. The staff was hospitable and the pool was actually heated. The apartment had a full kitchen and a beautiful patio on the canal. Complimentary kayaks and reliable wifi were a plus.

I had a wonderful stay at Hideaway Resort, it truly felt like a home away from home. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The air conditioning and ceiling fan kept me comfortable, and the bed and shower were great. The pool and canal deck were lovely additions, and the peaceful and picturesque surroundings were a bonus. I only wish I could have stayed longer than one night.

First of all, the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable and affordable. Secondly, the location in a quiet residential neighborhood on a canal was simply delightful. The serene surroundings made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Lastly, the rooms with kitchenettes were a great convenience. Having a kitchen in the room allowed me to prepare my own meals and save money on dining out. The attention to detail in providing this amenity was much appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel by the beautiful waterfront. The views from the balcony were stunning and the well-manicured garden area added to the experience. The location was perfect for us as it was in a quiet residential neighborhood but still within reach of the city center and the airport. We enjoyed the spacious and clean room, with a comfortable bed that made our stay truly enjoyable.

We would have appreciated a little more attention to detail on the part of the staff, as the coffee and soap refills were missed on the second day of our stay.

The room was very spacious and clean, with a great shower head pressure. the view out back was lovely and relaxing. the hotel is located in a convenient area, close to the Cape Coral Yacht Club and Rec. facility. Another advantage was the small and peaceful complex in which the hotel is situated.

Some aspects of the hotel could use improvement. the bathroom could have been cleaned better during our stay and the mattresses were a bit worn.

Room size was excellent. Furniture could be updated. Landscaping was great. Area for pets. Back deck and sandy areas were terrific. Staff was exceptional. Office Manager had a cookout for July 4th which was fun even though it started to storm.
