Our stay at Highland Suites was fantastic! We were in Minot with family for a little getaway and stayed here for a week. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. the breakfast was delicious, and the pool was perfect for the kids. the hot tub was just the right temperature, although my husband found it a bit too hot. the convenient location made getting around easy.

The front desk staff was unaccommodating and argumentative. They initially gave us a room that seemed used, and the bedding was not up to standard.

Always returning. Staff helped with bags. Perfect place - Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, fitness center, pool, jacuzzi. Great for Christmas!

We were disappointed that the room, advertised to sleep five, only had one queen bed available, causing us to scramble for alternative accommodations due to a local event. Despite this, the pool and cleanliness were impressive. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
