Omg, our room was so spacious and clean with a separate area - loved it! the staff were super helpful and friendly. Only downside was the breakfast variety 🙁 can't wait to visit again!

While the pool was a dream, a hot tub would've really elevated the experience. a surprising $100 deposit per night was a curveball.

I stayed for 3 nights, the customer service was excellent! Liked the location and comfort of the furniture/bed. The one-room King suite with lake view on a high floor was stunning, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Enjoyed nearby attractions like The Magnificent Mile and Millennium Park, and the relaxing indoor swimming pool added to our family bonding experience.

The valet and bellman staff were top-notch, going above and beyond to make my daughter feel like a princess on her birthday trip to the American Girl store; they were incredibly kind and made our day extra special. The indoor swimming pool and friendly staff just added to the relaxation vibes during our stay. The only hiccup was a slight miscommunication regarding a late checkout request, but all in all, 🌟 everything was wonderful.

The view of Lake Michigan was insane. The room service was clutch, especially after a late night out, and the restaurant had the most delicious food. Plus, we were stoked that they had facilities for disabled guests because inclusivity is key.

If there was a hip rooftop bar, it would've been the cherry on top for our young, fun-loving squad.

While my stay was mostly positive, there were a couple of things that could be improved. One aspect that stood out was the need for better communication regarding the hotel's amenities and location.

The view from the rooftop pool was amazing, definitely a highlight of the stay.
