I recently stayed at a hotel near the DFW area and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, close to the airport and surrounded by numerous restaurant options. The staff at the hotel was exceptional, providing me with excellent service throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a well-maintained bathroom. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, including made-to-order omelets. The hotel also had great amenities, such as complimentary coffee and water. The overall experience was top-notch.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Sleep-Number bed was amazing. Bright and cheery lobby and room. Roomy shower with great water pressure.

Couldn't stay longer.

This hotel offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, as it is close to everything in Dallas while still providing a quiet atmosphere. The staff are friendly and provide great service. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a jacuzzi tub in my room. The included breakfast was a nice touch, making my stay even more enjoyable.

What a great Xmas experience! Loved the complementary breakfast and warm cookies at night! the hotel is really close to shops and restaurants, perfect for grabbing some yummy food. the room was spacious and very clean.

Worst aspect was the noise from other guests. the walls were quite thin and we could hear everything happening in the hallways and neighboring rooms.

The check-in process was effortless. The staff was helpful and made our stay pleasant. The staff throughout the hotel, including housekeeping, was incredible. They provided a conference room for us to assemble flowers for a wedding party and went above and beyond to assist us.

They were knowledgeable and always had a smile on their face. That was probably the only good thing about my stay. Oh, and the location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to shops and restaurants. But honestly, those two things were not enough to make up for the uncomfortable bed and freezing room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, especially during Christmas. Save yourself the disappointment and find somewhere else to stay.
