Visiting for a family wedding, the location was perfect - close to the wedding venue and an easy ride to downtown. Free parking made it convenient for Uber rides at any hour. Tiara at the front desk was friendly and greeted us by name with a beautiful smile. The breakfast was excellent value, with freshly cooked options and a wide selection of fruit and pastries. The lobby was inviting, with complimentary water, tea, coffee, and occasional pastry treats. The morning breakfast couldn't be beat, especially at a reasonable price. We also received a great recommendation from the front desk for brunch/lunch at Reynold's Tavern downtown.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn in Annapolis for a weekend getaway with my family. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for us. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool, which my girls absolutely loved. The hotel staff, particularly Kristy at the front desk, provided exceptional customer service throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel was clean and well-maintained. The cooked-to-order breakfast for the kids was great, and we also discovered an amazing bakery, In Grano Bistro Bakery, just across the street, which made our mornings even more delightful. it was a fantastic stay over the Fourth of July weekend.

I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at a hotel near NAVY, with friendly greetings and helpful instructions. The hotel offered free parking and breakfast, and I was able to easily Uber to my event without worrying about parking. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent service.

The location of this hotel is great, close to stores in the Parole area and downtown. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. The pool and sauna were enjoyable, while the patio offered fresh air and lounging. Breakfast was included in the price and there were vouchers offered for the next morning to make things better.

The hotel is conveniently located near Annapolis and easily accessible from the highway. They were able to accommodate our request to stay in close proximity to our traveling companions. The response from the front desk for additional blankets was prompt.

We loved this place for its convenient location, outside the busy downtown area. The room service was impeccable, with daily housekeeping and fresh sheets. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Tiara who always provided excellent service. The room amenities were top-notch with an in-room safe, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the leisure spa & wellness centre with a swimming pool and jacuzzi.

We recommend this hotel to everyone as there were no negative aspects to our stay.

The front desk staff at Hilton Garden were exceptional - quick and friendly service. They even offered me a water because I looked exhausted! The bartender, Tracie, was also awesome and helped me with my bag. the service was fast and friendly.

We had a great Christmas stay. the staff were friendly and accommodating, they even let us check-in a bit early. the breakfast was delicious and worth the extra charge. We loved that they had an omelette station and the service from Keira, Judy, Ms. Pat and Lucero was fantastic. the location was perfect for exploring the area and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. the beds were very comfortable, and the room was spacious.

The main bathroom could really use some handrails near the toilet and the Jacuzzi to make it easier for those with mobility issues. the counter at reception was too high, and it was challenging to see the receptionist's face when in a wheelchair.
