The hotel is very close to the airport, which was convenient for my travel plans. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the big lobby with the bar and tables, as well as the smoking area and pool. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my diabetic needs, arranging for an extra fridge in the room for my insulin and providing transportation to replace frozen insulin at a nearby store.

Had a great time on Thanksgiving at a hotel! the staff were friendly and they offered two complementary drinks. the location was key, being near the airport and close to downtown, which made it convenient to explore Austin. the best aspect was the spacious room, equipped with a comfy bed and pillows.

The shower pressure was low and the water came down too soft. Another downside was the breakfast omelettes, which were greasy and undercooked on the second day.

The property was pristine, and our room was impeccably clean with plenty of towels. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the housekeeping staff kept our room spotless during our stay. We were blown away by the extraordinary breakfast, with an out-of-this-world chef and attentive wait staff. The food was delicious, and we couldn't get enough. The management truly deserves a round of applause for maintaining such a top-notch establishment.
