They quickly moved my room to the first floor to accommodate my recent knee surgery. the make-to-order breakfast was a highlight, and the coffee bar in the lobby was convenient. the staff were responsive to all our requests, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the added amenity of a happy hour was a nice touch.

the staff at the front desk were not welcoming and seemed disinterested in helping guests. the fitness room was subpar and didn't have a lot of equipment to choose from.

This hotel is in a great location, close to everything in a very safe area. It's right next to a nice Japanese restaurant, and there's also a certain restaurant that serves a mean steak nearby. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, providing one of the best nights sleep. The staff is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to help guests. The breakfast selection is great, with delicious omelets. The pool is a nice place to relax and enjoy some alone time.

We loved the comfy bed with adjustable firmness and special air pocket system. The clean room and pristine bathroom were a plus. Despite being on a busy street, we had no issues with noise.
