Comfortable beds made for a restful night.

During my stay, I was quite frustrated to find the pool and hot tub were closed for renovations without prior notice. To top it off, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, making my overall experience disappointing.

The king suite was spacious, with a lovely seating area to unwind after our drives.

The front desk informed us our room might not be ready and could incur additional charges, which was quite unsettling.

The staff were so friendly, especially Shaniqua. she made my day with her warm vibes. Room was clean and that whirlpool? Lekker! The brekkie was quite nice too, proper start to the day!

Had a bit of a hiccup with the hot tub smell, like they chucked a bit too much bleach in there, but otherwise, all good!

We had a great stay! The room was clean and included a comfy seating area where we could relax after a long day. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the made-to-order options that made each morning special. The staff was dedicated and always ready to help, making us feel at home.

The indoor pool area is a nice feature, although it’s often noted that it's not heated, which can be a letdown in chilly weather. For what it’s worth, some rooms come with unique amenities like roll-in showers for accessibility.

Guests have pointed out issues with noise from doors slamming in the hallways, making for a restless night. There have also been consistent complaints about the cleanliness, with reports of dirty bathrooms and unvacuumed rooms, as well as outdated decor and maintenance issues like mold in the shower. Some rooms faced bright floodlights shining right in, making sleep difficult. Additionally, a few patrons had trouble with air conditioning that didn’t cool properly, among other maintenance concerns.

The room was very clean and the staff was super friendly (shoutout to the breakfast crew! ). I really appreciated the convenient location near shops and restaurants—it felt safe and welcoming.

However, the gym hours could be improved (not 24/7, unfortunately), and I noticed the shower could use some maintenance.
