The lobby was nice and inviting, creating a pleasant first impression. the room was spacious and clean, which was a relief as I'm a germaphobe. It's always comforting to know that the room you're staying in is spotless. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

There were a few aspects of my stay that were disappointing. the view from our room was of a dirty rooftop, which was quite off-putting.

Plus, there were hardly any other people there, so it felt like a private oasis. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with plenty of nearby restaurants and entertainment options. I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Boise. The staff were extremely helpful and made sure my experience was top-notch. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. The amenities were great, especially the comfortable king bed in my room. Plus, the fact that breakfast was included was a definite bonus.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent in the Boise Spectrum area. With lots of restaurants and other entertainment within walking distance, it's the perfect location for the meetings I was attending. The basic amenities provided were exactly what I needed, and the rooms were well equipped. The staff was friendly and attentive, and I especially appreciated the convenience of being able to go directly down the hall to have my room key rekeyed so I could get back in my room. Despite the busy location, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. And although the breakfast was not free as promised, it was very good and seemed to be fairly inexpensive.

As foreign tourists, we were delighted by the spacious and newly remodeled rooms at this hotel. The two queen beds were nicely separated, providing ample space for us. We also appreciated the convenience of having a microwave and refrigerator in the room, perfect for storing leftovers. The friendly staff and the cold water bottles provided upon arrival added a warm touch to our stay. Our granddaughter was also impressed with the cleanliness and overall presentation of the property.
