The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was amazing, with Chef James Drewery's delicious creations. The hotel was also clean and had great facilities for guests. Parking was convenient, and there were transportation options available nearby. this hotel provided a comfortable and convenient lodging option when staying in the Chesapeake, VA area.

This hotel is located in a great area, with lots of shopping and dining options nearby. It's also a quick 20-minute drive to the beach and conveniently close to the freeway. The basic amenities were great, such as the rooms having steam from the shower on top of the first level, and even a jacuzzi tub which was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast offered was perfect for grabbing a quick bagel before heading out for the day.

Everything was just ok.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, just a short 20-minute drive to the beach. The staff was unbelievably awesome, impressing me with their friendliness and helpfulness. The room was clean and the bed was comfy, but the real standout were the pillows. I slept better here than I have in months, and even asked the front desk where I could buy a couple for home. The pool and hot tub were also nice and not crowded, and the bartender was excellent.

The breakfast at this hotel was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the made, to, order omelet was a standout, and the service by the breakfast staff was attentive and friendly. Additionally, parking was never an issue, and the hotel's location close to a Coast Guard PX made it convenient for any last, minute purchases.

Cleanliness was a major issue during my stay. the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, with hair found in the sink, tub, and on the walls.

Secondly, the location of the hotel was excellent. It was close to major shopping areas, which was convenient for me. Lastly, the basic amenities in the room were great. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the shower had steam, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the breakfast included in my stay was a nice bonus.

This hotel's location is ideal, being in the Tidewater area only a short drive from the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The hotel is also conveniently located right off the freeway, making it easy to access. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the service is friendly. The complimentary breakfast has a great selection of made-to-order items. Additionally, the hotel boasts plenty of facilities, such as a gym and pool.

It's a shame that one of the staff members did not provide good service at breakfast, as it ruined an otherwise great stay.
