Highly Recommended Stay for Families with Young Children

The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making our stay with a 2-year-old enjoyable. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of dining options nearby. the complimentary coffee station in the morning and laundry room in the basement were great bonuses.

The views of the bay from Hilton Garden Inn were absolutely stunning. Watching the sunset over the water was a highlight of my stay. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches in the spacious rooms, such as the comfortable beds and convenient amenities.

The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired.

The 24-hour business center lacked the necessary facilities for travelers with larger suitcases, as there was limited closet space or places to store luggage. This slight inconvenience was the only drawback of an otherwise pleasant stay.

Hilton Garden's prime location near various subway lines & ferries makes exploring effortless. the friendly staff ensures a warm welcome, while the clean rooms with coffee machines offer a cozy stay. Free morning coffee and nearby dining options enhance convenience, making it a highly recommended choice for Manhattan visitors.

The room was comfy with a Keurig, microwave, and clean bed. The staff was top-notch, the lobby cozy. Morning coffee hit the spot and the location was ideal for exploring and nightlife. Only hiccup was minor maintenance delay with a leaky shower door and unsteady sink, but it didn't ruffle my stay's feather. big thumbs up! 👍

clean and very comfortable and very close to the subway so everywhere was in easy reach - lots of good food options nearby. a laundry room on-site, and the staff were super sweet to my son and very helpful.

Staying at Hilton Garden Inn NYC Financial Center/Manhattan Downtown was a pleasant experience during my transit in New York. The upscale accommodations provided a comfortable and relaxing environment, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring nearby attractions. the hotel's convenient location, just 20 km from LaGuardia Airport, made it a convenient choice for my short stay.

One minor inconvenience during my stay was the lack of sufficient towels in the room, which required me to request additional towels from the front desk. However, this did not significantly impact the overall positive experience at the Hilton Garden Inn.

I chose this hotel for a business mixer and it provided excellent meeting and event spaces. The 24-hour fitness and business centers were convenient, and the conference space was well-equipped for productive gatherings.

The one service I missed for my work was a dedicated shuttle service to the business district, which would have added more convenience to my stay.

Great location near subways and ferries. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and nice views. Nearby attractions like 9/11 Memorial, Battery Park, and Wall Street add to the experience. Relaxing facilities were enjoyable for family bonding. An overall decent stay with some room for improvement.

I had a pleasant stay at a utility hotel called Hilton Garden. the location was very convenient, with easy access to multiple subway lines and Battery Park. the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay wonderful. the recently renovated room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. I also enjoyed the breakfast selection and dinner options, as well as the good drinks. the cozy room had a nice view of the Staten Island ferry and was close to the waterfront and the financial district. a comfortable and agreeable experience.

We chose Hilton Garden for its excellent location near top attractions like the Statue of Liberty and the 9/11 Museum. We were able to walk to these places easily, and even Central Park was within walking distance. the hotel is not in a touristy area, so it's quiet and perfect for a good night's sleep. the staff at the reception and restaurant were friendly and helpful. the recently renovated rooms were comfortable, modern, and had a great view.

The hotel had a great location, which was very convenient for our city break. It was close to key attractions and easily accessible. the staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating. They assisted us with receiving packages during our stay and managed everything without any issues. the premises were nice and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment for our stay.

Some of the younger staff members were not as helpful as the seniors, especially when the seniors were not around. It would be great if the service was consistently good across the entire team.
