great stay at hilton garden! very helpful staff, especially during my early flight. the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. i was impressed by the attention to cleanliness and the fluffy towels. the central location was perfect and the price was affordable. will definitely come back!

Wifi issue

The hotel is conveniently located near the Westin Galleria where I attended a convention. It is also within easy access to a Walmart, thanks to their shuttle service.

The nightclub next door can be quite loud until late at night.

As women traveling alone, we felt very secure at this small and friendly hotel. The staff was great, and the location was perfect for shopping with a free shuttle within 3 miles.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right next to the Galleria Mall and surrounded by great restaurants. The gym and pool area were fantastic, and I made good use of the gym during my stay. I also appreciated the free shuttle service that would take you anywhere within a 4km radius. The customer service was top-notch, with a friendly and accommodating staff. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. a central location, affordable rates, and a wonderful trip. I will definitely be coming back!

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing ample space for me and my belongings. The location was also perfect, with easy access to key areas in the city. Furthermore, the staff members were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any requests or questions I had.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the breakfast area seemed to be understaffed, resulting in food running out and long wait times for replenishment.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect, in a clean and quiet area that was close to the Galleria mall and great areas of the city. The staff was fantastic and accommodated every request, and the service was top-notch. The room amenities were lovely, with everything we needed like ironing facilities, heating and air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We especially enjoyed the terrace and the bathtub!

Couldn't find any faults at all.

Beds are comfortable, location is great for visiting attractions and malls, breakfast is served and good. Helpful, personable staff provide a home-like feel. A garage security is present for safety purposes.

The lobby was well-decorated and the front desk staff was pleasant. The room itself was mostly clean and had a nice aesthetic. Despite being located near a popular area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.

The parking situation was frustrating and costly, with a fee of $20 per night. Additionally, the dark parking garage made it difficult to unload and load our belongings, causing inconvenience and discomfort.

For the price we paid, the value was excellent. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was convenient, not too far from downtown and had shopping nearby. The staff at Hilton Garden Inn treated us well and were helpful with all our questions.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement in terms of variety and options.
