The hotel had a really nice staff who were friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and the bathroom was great. Also, the hotel is in a convenient location, close to everything in the city.

The air conditioner in the room was very loud and had to be turned off at night. the water pressure in the shower was also quite low.

Great location for a city break, close to popular sights and restaurants within walking distance. the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and the staff was friendly. Additionally, the spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise considering the central location.

The water in the showers was extremely hard, making it difficult and time-consuming to shower. It would be beneficial for the hotel to install a water softening system.

The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff was amazing. The pool was nice and not crowded. The hotel lobby, restaurant, and bar were beautifully decorated for Christmas. The doormen and in-house taxi driver were helpful and friendly.

The valet parking service was extremely disappointing. the valet team accused me of holding onto my key and even called me to confirm.

The location is fantastic, just steps from Monument Circle. The elevators are old and a bit clunky. Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean with a comfortable bed, but street noise was an issue at times. it's a solid choice for downtown stays.
