We had a pleasant stay at Hilton Garden Inn Knoxville. The customer service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and well-kept. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance or a short drive to local restaurants. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Knoxville.

Great value for money! This hotel is located in an area with plenty of dining options and serves breakfast that's not only great but also included in the rate. The rooms are clean, spacious, and stocked with all the amenities needed, including jacuzzi tubs and Hilton chain beds. The staff is wonderful and makes you feel at home.

Convenient location, 30 min drive to Pigeon Forge, less traffic, lower price. Clean and well-maintained rooms. Comfortable bed and large TV. Friendly staff and tasty breakfast.

The check-in area at Hilton Garden was upscale and the gentleman at the front desk was helpful. The room was clean and had a huge flat screen TV. The breakfast was great and the staff was pleasant. I especially appreciated the fresh cookies each evening. I would recommend this hotel.

The electric blinds and air conditioner in the room did not work properly, which was annoying. the showerhead was too low, making it uncomfortable for taller guests.
