The Hilton Garden Inn Memphis Downtown provided a comfortable and convenient stay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, especially with streaming services like Netflix and the availability of tea and coffee. The location in the heart of Downtown and the proximity to the Smithsonian Memphis Rock 'n' Soul Museum made it an ideal choice for exploring the city.

One minor inconvenience was the additional parking fee, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. It would have been helpful to be informed about the extra cost, especially for those attending events at the nearby Fed Ex Forum.

the staff, particularly Dallas and Benjamin, were exceptional in customer service. They were friendly, courteous, and very helpful, making our stay excellent. the decor and design of the room were also impressive. the location was perfect, and the air conditioner worked great. the valet service was nice and helpful, and the bed was soft.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, with just a short walk to the vibrant Beale Street. Additionally, the rooms were spotless and had all the basic amenities needed. I also appreciated the fact that they provided tea and coffee in the room, which is a convenient perk for international travelers like myself. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.

We had an excellent stay here! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and opposite the ballpark. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the service was great. The room amenities were fantastic, including free Wi-Fi and a soundproofed room. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the bar/lounge area was a great place for a drink.

I absolutely loved the valet parking and the staff's friendly and accommodating nature. The added security measures, such as key access to elevators and rooms, gave me a sense of safety. The facility was clean and well-maintained, making my stay enjoyable. As a solo traveler, I appreciated these amenities. I will definitely book again for NYE.

The location of the hotel was fantastic - we could easily walk to nearby restaurants and shops. the breakfast offered a good variety of options and was delicious. We also appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff, especially Jarvis at the front desk who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

The hotel provided complementary snacks and drinks which was a nice surprise. the location was great, only a short walk away from the main nightlife area, and the room was nicely decorated. the staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful.

The parking was a bit of an issue, as only valet parking was offered on arrival which was quite expensive. However, after discussion we were allowed to self park but only at the furthest end of the lot, and we still had to pay the valet parking fee.

My stay at Hilton Garden was exceptional. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and all the desired amenities. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, providing prompt service when I requested more towels and pillows. The location of the hotel, just two blocks away from Beale Street, was perfect for exploring downtown Memphis. Despite a few minor issues with room cleaning and the parking service, I would highly recommend this hotel. I had a great experience at Hilton Garden.

The pool was nice. Staff was very nice and helpful, working their butt off. Valet parking attendants were awesome. Location was perfect for going to the Memphis Zoo. We were able to walk to a few places for food and some small shopping. Good food nearby. The rooms were super comfortable and the bathroom is a great size. The hotel had laundry facilities, which was a big help. The staff, including the valets, were super helpful.

Located in a prime position close to everything, this hotel is the perfect base for exploring the city. It's opposite the ballpark, making it a great spot for sports fans. Rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable stay, plus the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast options are available, and there are other dining options in the immediate area.

Some guests have had issues with service, such as rude staff and slow valet.
