I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Shoreview for a business trip. The rooms and lobby were beautiful, and I loved the addition of a bar in the lobby. Nearby, there were great dining options like Red Robin and Green Mill. The outdoor space was a highlight for me, with lovely patios, trees, and running space for my dog. The location was quiet and the hotel provided good WIFI.

The pool and hot tub seemed dirty and the surrounding area was not well-maintained. It would have been nice to have an "adults only" time from 10:00-11:00, as young kids were loud and disruptive.

While the hotel could use some updating, it was still clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. Despite a few minor issues with the breakfast, the fact that it was complimentary made up for it. What truly stood out was the fantastic staff, who were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. I would happily return to this hotel for its pleasant atmosphere and wonderful service.

During my stay at this hotel over Christmas, I really liked the clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel seemed recently remodeled with a sunny lobby, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay, even offering me breakfast options when I arrived late after the breakfast was being put away. This made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a guest.

One aspect that I didn't appreciate was the lack of sound insulation in the ceiling and walls. I could hear my neighbors too well and some were not considerate, which was quite frustrating.
