The breakfast offered a nice variety of options including bacon, eggs, toast, juice, waffles, and fruits. the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient and parking was easy.

The rooms were old and cramped, lacking ventilation in the bathrooms which made sharing the room uncomfortable. the hotel seemed run-down with stained and stretched carpets and furniture in some areas.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room I was given was spacious and spotless, with a convenient microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom had nice, fluffy towels. The location was great, close to downtown Palm Springs, golf courses, shopping, and great eateries. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and answer any questions. I was impressed by the helpfulness and kindness of desk clerk Daniella, who even remembered my name. The parking was convenient, and the hotel facilities, including the pool and landscape, were well-maintained. The breakfast staff, including Carlos and Peggy, were polite and accommodating.

My recent stay at Hilton Garden was great. The location is perfect and close to many great shopping and dining places. I was relieved to see that the hotel bed frames are now covered with protective pads and the lobby bar is decently furnished with good breakfast buffet. Overall I had a comfortable stay and I recommend this hotel.

Spent my xmas at this hotel. Loved the Christmas decorations and the welcoming staff. the room was comfortable and had all the typical amenities. the hotel was not too far from the beautiful Palm Canyon hiking area, which was a must-see. Also, the hotel's location was convenient to several restaurants and a mall, making dining options easy.

Some of the front desk staff were not knowledgeable or helpful with driving advice and other questions. Additionally, I had some issues with the reservation, including being assigned the wrong type of room and being asked to check out and check in to a different room for no good reason.

We stayed in a hotel conveniently located near the theatre and close to the Living Desert zoo. We also appreciated the hotel's location on a 10-day company route in Desert, making our business trip pleasant. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean, modern bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. We also enjoyed the view of the pretty surroundings. The hotel facilities surpassed our expectations.

The pool was not maintained well, and the temperature felt too warm.

Being young, we loved that the hotel had a swimming pool with ample space and an outside shower for rinsing off. The clean and comfortable room was well-stocked with towels, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Additionally, we appreciated that the hotel was located in a great area with plenty of parking, and there was coffee available in the lobby every morning.

We felt most welcome during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

Location center city, 5-6 miles to highway through traffic lights. Room had desk, chair, lounge chair, coffee machine, mini kitchen. Magnificent mountain view. Clean, great linen, helpful staff, visitor laundry. Easy walk to restaurants by "river". Stayed extra night and loved it.
