This hotel on El Camino Real was a great find during our road trip. The friendly staff and their helpful service added to the overall positive experience.

During my Christmas stay in Palo Alto, I enjoyed several aspects of the hotel. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with multiple USB ports, making it easy to charge our devices. Secondly, the location was ideal, with key attractions and amenities within close proximity. Additionally, one advantage that stood out was the friendly and helpful staff, who were always accommodating and ready to assist.

There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly like. the reception service was not up to par, as my card was unexpectedly charged multiple times.

As adventure travelers, we loved the convenient location with easy access to Stanford, freeways, and related events. The spacious and well-furnished 1-bedroom suite provided plenty of gathering space. The two bathrooms and huge soaker tub were a treat after a long day of exploring. The security access requiring room card swiping gave us peace of mind. The lobby and lounge areas were clean and well-lit, with beautiful decor and a baby grand piano. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor seating options, as well as the delicious cold infused fruit/vegetable water and cookies in the lobby.

The staff at Hilton Garden Inn was incredibly friendly and accommodating during my stay. They made me feel welcome and attended to all of my needs. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. The location was convenient, with plenty of parking available. The dinner at the onsite restaurant was delicious and the shower products provided were of high quality. I had a pleasant experience at Hilton Garden Inn and would recommend it to others.

The hotel boasts a convenient location with a sundry shop on El Camino Real and easy access to nearby shops. Visitors can take in stunning views of Shoreline from the hotel. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and provide a comfortable stay. The hotel offers good food and friendly staff.

Parking can be costly.

The location was perfect, with easy access to underground parking. The breakfast offered was delicious and had a good variety. Our room, although a bit dark, was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and Esteban in the dining room was especially helpful. We also appreciated the large sized shower products, minimizing waste. we would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The room was a decent size and had most of what you needed. Good WIFI. Convenient underground parking.

The hotel allowed us to check-in early which was greatly appreciated after a tiring flight. The room was spacious, clean, and had excellent blackout curtains. The hotel was centrally located allowing us to easily explore the nearby areas. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem on El Camino Real! The location is perfect, close to everything Palo Alto offers. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are spacious and clean. We loved the spectacular view from our room. Also, the breakfast served in the morning was included in our rates and it was delicious, a great way to start our day.

All in all, the hotel left nothing to be desired.

Our recent stay at this hotel was perfect for our business trip. The hotel had a convenient location, making it easy for us to access by car. The entrance area was impressive, and the entire hotel was well-maintained and clean. The room was spacious enough for our needs, and the modern bathroom was a nice touch. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with friendly service. the amenities and facilities were great for business travelers.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the location being near Stanford University. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities provided in the clean and nice rooms, such as the TV, microwave, and small refrigerator, add to the overall comfort. I also appreciated the layout of the room, with a door separating the bed and the sofas, and the convenience of being able to hang up clothes on the door when taking a shower. Furthermore, the breakfast experience was unique as you have to sit and order rather than a complimentary breakfast buffet.

The breakfast quality was a little disappointing.
