The staff at this hotel were amazing, always friendly and willing to help. The room was nice and clean, with some recent renovations that made it look even better. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Another great thing was the quick check-in process.

One downside of our stay was that we could hear a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms. Kids were running around and it was quite disruptive.

The complimentary drink at check-in was a nice touch, as was the complimentary breakfast in the morning. The location, near the highway and a gas station, was very convenient. The size of the room was impressive and made for a comfortable and spacious romantic escape.

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were not to our liking, which made for a less-than-ideal sleeping experience. The décor could be updated and the walls seemed thin, as we could hear our neighbors talking.

Additionally, the staff gave great recommendations, directing us to the Parx casino where my wife had an amazing winning streak. The location was also convenient, with the hotel being close to the Fort Washington train station and right off the turnpike. this hotel exceeded my expectations and made my first visit to this city truly memorable.
