The Christmas experience at this hotel was great! the staff was friendly and gave us warm cookies as a welcome treat. the location was convenient, with easy access to major highways and nearby stores. Plus, the hotel had a nice gym and pool for us to enjoy during our stay.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel in general. the elevators were not functioning properly and there were unpleasant odors throughout the building.
