The staff at the hotel were exceptional, always helpful and friendly. They provided great suggestions and had a positive attitude throughout my stay. The room itself was very nice and comfortable, offering a pleasant environment for a good night's rest. Additionally, the hotel's location near the airport was extremely convenient for my early morning flight.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the cleanliness of the hotel van could have been improved.

The staff was exceptional - friendly, helpful, and attentive. Stephanie and Gee in the restaurant went above and beyond to make my child's birthday special. The front desk staff was wonderful, always offering great suggestions with a positive attitude. The drivers of the van were very helpful, and the coin laundry, though expensive, was convenient. The lobby was comfortable, and my room was lovely. The breakfast buffet was great, especially the eggs-to-order and the cut fruit station. I appreciated being able to customize my fruit salad due to allergies. The spa and workout rooms were also a highlight of my stay.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn for a business trip for 3 nights. The bed was incredibly soft, and I had no trouble falling asleep. The living room vanity mirror had excellent lighting for applying makeup, and the bathroom vanity had ample space for our toiletries. The hotel had plenty of parking spots available, which was much appreciated.

The hotel provided a prompt shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, despite the late arrival. The staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The room was comfortable and clean, meeting our expectations for a Hilton Garden Inn. The breakfast and dinner selection was impressive, with hot and tasty food available. We particularly enjoyed the convenience of having delicious meals without leaving the hotel. The location near the Portland Jet Port made it easy to access, just a quick drive or shuttle ride away.
