The hotel is in a great location with an amazing view of the local park and water. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are excellent. I was even upgraded to a room with a sofa bed and an amazing view at no extra cost.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. We had a great view of the river from our window. we enjoyed our stay at Hilton Garden.

Cleanliness: Everything was good except my room. The exercise room looked nice. Transportation: The shuttle made getting to downtown bars and restaurants easy. Location in the neighborhood: Convenient to downtown and 95. Near Indian Point park. Staff: The front desk clerk who checked us on Thanksgiving evening was very nice and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was perfect, overlooking a park, and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The staff was accommodating, and room service was great, with fresh towels and linens every day. I loved having a terrace to enjoy the view of the water and the lovely breezes. The hotel had all the amenities I needed, from the ironing facilities to the flat-screen TV and tea and coffee facilities.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely accommodating, allowing me to change my room from a King to one with 2 beds at no charge. The location was perfect, conveniently close to downtown and the highway, making it easy to explore the city and surrounding areas. The hotel provided a shuttle service, which made it even more convenient to visit the bars and restaurants downtown. The hotel also had a great view overlooking the harbor, and it was a treat to watch the Brown University rowing teams in the morning. Additionally, being situated near the East Bay Bike Path was a bonus, as it allowed for bike rides and easy access to downtown restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel's location is well-situated, not far from the Wickenden area and fairly close to downtown. The room is comfortable and the bathroom is clean. The staff is generally helpful and welcoming. Onsite amenities such as the gaming room are a plus and add to the overall experience.

The heating system in the room is outdated and noisy, alternating between hot and cold.
