The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and good linens. The hotel location is great, close to the Tanger Outlet mall and convenient for exploring the east end of Long Island. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

There were some issues during my stay. The spa bath drain was not working properly, and there was a lot of noise from a wedding party in the hotel.

Our stay at Hilton Garden was exceptional. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, especially when we asked for a quiet room due to my partner's illness. They immediately moved us to a different room, which was peaceful and comfortable. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

This place is amazing! I loved that it was centrally located to eateries and right across the street from the outlet mall. The staff was super friendly and provided great room service. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. The Wi-Fi was fast and I loved the tea and coffee facilities.

The location was perfect, with outlets nearby and plenty of food options within a 5-minute drive. The parking was convenient, and we enjoyed using the tiny fitness center. we had a high-end and pleasant experience at a great price.

Barbara at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, providing us with detailed directions to Islip airport and even drawing us two maps. The rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished, and the lobby was truly impressive with a cozy fireplace and a bar nearby. The beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast prepared by a friendly and professional chef. Free parking was a bonus.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Riverhead provided great value for the money. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the hotel grounds were well-maintained. The staff, particularly Barbara at the front desk, was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with directions. The hotel had a variety of amenities, including a workout room, parlor room, business office, gym. The parking area was also well-designed, providing visual protection for parked cars.

The breakfast experience could be improved by offering complimentary hot water and cold water in the lobby.

The whirlpool bath tub in the room was a great addition for relaxation. The spacious and comfortable rooms were very clean and provided a comfortable stay. The hotel is also pet-friendly which was perfect for our furry friend. Although the buffet was closed, the a la carte breakfast options were excellent. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with extra pillows and blackout curtains for a peaceful night's sleep. The presence of a fridge and microwave, as well as a Keurig, was a plus. The modern and clean bathroom, complete with Neutrogena products, added to the overall pleasant experience. The hotel's pool and gym facilities were great, and I particularly enjoyed the outdoor area for lounging. The ample parking was very convenient, and the proximity to Tanger Outlets was a bonus for any last-minute shopping needs.

It would have been nice if the check-out time was 12 o'clock instead of 11, without needing to ask for an extension. Additionally, it would be beneficial if there were more than one way to enter and exit the hotel, as it can be a bit inconvenient depending on which direction you are coming from.
