Beautiful pool, awesome gym, helpful staff, super friendly, rooftop bar/restaurant, mini liquor store.

As foreign tourists, we absolutely loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was close to the freeway and UCSB, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The surrounding area had a great selection of restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore and enjoy. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, from the receptionist to the bartender to the breakfast staff. The room was comfortable and inviting, with a modern and clean bathroom. The breakfast itself was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the unexpected bonus of live music at the rooftop bar.

We felt welcomed into the family and had nothing to complain about.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed. The location was perfect as it was close to a shopping center, the airport, and the freeway. The room was well-equipped with ironing facilities and tea/coffee supplies, and the free wi-fi was a great added bonus. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, from the desk clerk to the bartender. On top of that, the hotel had a swimming pool and fitness center.

This place provided me with a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room amenities were excellent, and the staff was top-notch in terms of hospitality.

Our room was spotless and had great insulation, making it very quiet. The rooftop bistro had a great atmosphere and live music. I especially enjoyed the gas fires. I'd recommend this hotel.

This hotel was amazing! it provided excellent value for money, with great prices for all of its services. Secondly, its attention to detail was impressive, with clean and well-maintained rooms with all amenities. Thirdly, the location was very convenient, close to the airport, freeway, and shopping center. Lastly, the staff were welcoming and provided the best service one could ask for.

Great amenities, including lobby beverages and a rooftop bar. Lots of floor space in guest rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff. Nice pool and a well-equipped gym. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of options.

The hotel where I stayed during my city break was quite comfy and clean. the room was well-equipped, and the pool was a plus. the hotel offered a small but tasty breakfast in the morning, and there were plenty of towels available to keep me dry after the pool.

The hotel had a few downsides. No curtains were provided, and the room was considerably noisy.
