The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location is great with plenty of nearby activities. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Very family friendly and there are good dining options nearby.

The only downside was that my king room didn't have a bathtub, only a shower. However, the staff was quick to offer another room with a bathtub the next morning.

The staff here were super awesome, I mean, they were really friendly and accommodating. They answered all my questions with so much patience. The room was great, with a fantastic view and a super soft and clean bed. The hotel also had excellent facilities like a fitness center and a heated swimming pool. I had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it.

We recently stayed at Hilton Garden in downtown Seattle for our visit to catch a Seahawks game. The staff was amazing, recommending a great lunch spot and greeting us warmly throughout our stay. They were also incredibly accommodating, helping us find transportation with a car seat and remembering us each morning at breakfast. The lobby area was nice, the restaurant served delicious food, and the bed was comfortable. The property was clean and the staff always friendly and respectful. We will definitely make this our go-to hotel whenever we travel to Seattle!

the lack of cleaning and replenishment of coffee supplies without a special request was inconvenient and surprising given the cost of the stay. the hotel also had some issues with billing and was not very responsive in resolving the problem.
