As business guests, we were impressed by the quick and positive response from Tolbert when we requested an early check-in. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway and walking distance to many attractions. The staff was excellent, and the room had a comfy bed and a great shower. The view from our corner king room was amazing, with a clear sight of 48th St and 8th Ave.

We felt most welcome during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

As a traveler on vacation for a week, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hilton Garden. The location to Times Square was just right, not too close or too far away. The beds were incredibly comfortable, especially the pillows, and I had a great night's sleep. The quality of the linens was excellent and I never had to wait long for an elevator. The staff was amazing, offering early check-in and holding our luggage until a better room was available. Plus, the checkout time of 12 pm was a bonus.

Parking was easy, and check-in was a breeze, taking less than ten minutes. The staff were kind and accommodating, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily explore different parts of the city, including Times Square, 8th & 9th Avenue with its lovely restaurants, and Brooklyn.

They are also kept very clean. Breakfast is included with a coupon and though there are limited items, it's a great value for money.
