The location is perfect. just a quick walk to Broadway and all the theaters! Clean rooms, and the beds are super comfy. Mabel greeted us warmly, making it feel like home. Plus, there’s a nice dining area with quick snacks!

Nothing to improve.

the noise from emergency vehicles was absolutely unbearable, and the room was poorly lit with broken lamps. i expected at least a complimentary upgrade for putting up with that, but no special treatment for me! almost gave a good review, but the lack of kindness from the staff really sealed the deal. never again, kimpton.

perfectly positioned for city strolls and iconic attractions

My recent stay was delightful, with spacious rooms and a perfect central spot that put me just a short walk from iconic places like the Museum of Modern Art and Bryant Park, making my city strolls super enjoyable. plus, the easy check-in using the app was a great bonus that added to the overall experience.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location near Times Square but suffers from cleanliness issues. While the spacious rooms are a plus, I found the mattress and sheets lacking. The staff was friendly and helpful, but inconsistent service at check-in left something to be desired.

Had a lekker room, spacious and clean with Netflix ready to go. Staff were super kind, and the morning brekkie plus social hour was a nice touch! Kept me cozy after a long day of exploring!

Just the usual city noise, but managed to sleep okay.

Cozy room, convenient location, with easy access to multiple eateries and the subway, making it ideal for exploring the vibrant scene nearby while enjoying delightful complimentary coffee every morning.

The rooms were spacious and clean, making it a lovely retreat after a busy day. I really enjoyed the daily wine service in the lounge and the chance to unwind at the outdoor terrace. Only downside was a bit of a wait for coffee in the mornings, so maybe grab some in advance! 😊

The location is amazing! ! So close to Broadway and convenient eateries (shoutout to Charles for the great recommendations! ). The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were super friendly.

The mattress could definitely use an upgrade (a little too firm for me), and it would be great if they offered a more diverse breakfast option.

Let’s just say room service was slower than a snail on vacation! I had to summon some washcloths like I was waiting for a royal decree.

kimpton had an amazing rooftop bar with stunning views, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. our queen room felt super cozy with comfy beds. the location was perfect, just a short walk from some michelin-rated dining options, making it easy to explore fantastic food spots.

this hotel is super close to times square and just a quick walk to tons of theaters! i had a really comfy king room with a sofa bed and everything was clean and quiet. the staff were all really friendly and even let us check in early! there was also free wine from 5 to 6 pm, which was an amzin bonus! loved the convenience stores available in the lobby too.

the bathroom was kinda small, and i had a request for two rooms next to each other that wasn't honored.
