As business guests, we were impressed by the quick and positive response from Tolbert when we requested an early check-in. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway and walking distance to many attractions. The staff was excellent, and the room had a comfy bed and a great shower. The view from our corner king room was amazing, with a clear sight of 48th St and 8th Ave.

We felt most welcome during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

As a traveler on vacation for a week, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hilton Garden. The location to Times Square was just right, not too close or too far away. The beds were incredibly comfortable, especially the pillows, and I had a great night's sleep. The quality of the linens was excellent and I never had to wait long for an elevator. The staff was amazing, offering early check-in and holding our luggage until a better room was available. Plus, the checkout time of 12 pm was a bonus.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the theater district and steps away from Times Square and Broadway shows. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, providing ample room for us to spread out. We also appreciated the stunning view of the city from our room, overlooking 8th Avenue. Parking was easy, and check-in was a breeze, taking less than ten minutes. The staff were kind and accommodating, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily explore different parts of the city, including Times Square, 8th & 9th Avenue with its lovely restaurants, and Brooklyn.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the hot chocolate and cookies that were complementary in the lobby. the location of the hotel was perfect, it was within walking distance of many attractions and close to public transportation. we appreciated the spacious rooms which provided us with a comfortable and relaxing stay.

We were unfortunate to be on a floor with noisy guests who disturb our sleep with their loud yells and banging of walls. our room next to the maintenance room was quite loud with staff traffic.

Our stay at Kimpton Hotel Theta was fantastic! We got amazing value for our money with a clean and quiet room, complete with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The hotel's location was perfect for sightseeing and attending shows, and the staff provided excellent customer service, making us feel truly welcome and well taken care of.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

I chose this hotel for a work trip and found it ideal for business travelers. The free Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel allowed me to access the printer via their own devices, which was incredibly convenient. The large work desk with an ergonomic chair and lap desk provided a great space for working remotely. Additionally, the neighborhood's popularity among tourists and business travelers meant I could easily find a large table for several gatherings. The 24-hour gym and business center were also great amenities that I made use of during my stay.

One service that I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated meeting room for private discussions and video conferences. This would have further enhanced the hotel's business-friendly offerings.

Noisy mornings due to housekeeping staff. the housekeeping staff was quite loud in the mornings, using walkie-talkies and having a linen closet right next to our room.

This hotel is conveniently located on 8th Ave, just a stone's throw away from all the Broadway theaters and many attractions. The rooms offer amazing views of 8th Avenue and the West. They are also kept very clean. Breakfast is included with a coupon and though there are limited items, it's a great value for money.

The TV channels kept going in and out which was a minor inconvenience. it did not impact my amazing experience at this hotel.

The staff was accommodating and helpful, especially when I made a last-minute request for an airport shuttle at checkout. Additionally, the amenities in the room were top-notch with free toiletries, heating, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi.

I had a great experience and would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a reasonably priced and clean place to stay.
