The staff went above and beyond to make our daughter's birthday special. They gave us a room with a great view and even surprised her with cupcakes and a birthday card. The spacious room and free breakfast voucher were wonderful bonuses. The location is also convenient with multiple subway stations nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in the city!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is amazing, right across from a lovely park, and it's just a short walk to the subway station. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly helpful and provided us with amazing customer service. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and all the amenities we needed. We were impressed with the cleanliness and the quality of the housekeeping service. The hotel also had great facilities, including a fitness center and a restaurant. we were extremely satisfied with our stay here.

One of the rooms had a stain on the mattress, which was disappointing. Additionally, the sleepnumber beds in one room didn't work properly, causing discomfort and back pain during the trip.

The value for money at the Hilton Garden Inn Tribeca was great, and the room was exceptionally comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, with a subway station right in front of the hotel, making it super convenient to explore the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even going the extra mile to keep my luggage safe after checking out, allowing me to enjoy my day without any worries.

The only minor thing that could have made the morning meal even better would be if the hot water and coffee were available all day.
