The lobby area was very spacious with a cozy fireplace, popcorn, and Halloween decorations which delighted my 10-year-old niece and her friend. This hotel is great for family gatherings. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a sitting area, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, and nice bathrooms. The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-12 minute drive from the UA campus and easily accessible from the highway. The staff at the front desk was excellent and the breakfast looked very good.

There was an issue with the handle in the bathtub that needed to be fixed. the hotel provided a good experience and I would consider staying here again if in the area.

The location was convenient, with a restaurant nearby. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. Best aspect: The staff was friendly and helpful. Dislikes: The room was not clean, with clumps of hair on the toilet and a lack of shampoo. The room door was difficult to open and our requests for a first floor room or a room close to the elevator were not accommodated. The buffet breakfast was confusing, with some guests being charged twice.

The hotel was consistently clean with a great staff. The breakfast was very good and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the convenience of having all meals served and the bonus of a bar. The towels were soft and the bathtub and separate shower were a definite plus.

Hard to think of anything. No pool, mix-up with room key, and took a while to get another room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and efficient, getting me checked in and out promptly. The guy who checked me out, Bruce, signed me up for Hilton Honors in just a few minutes and explained everything in detail. The location was perfect, with a variety of restaurants nearby and easy access to campus and downtown. Plus, the hotel facilities were consistently clean and well-maintained.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden in Tuscaloosa for a few nights while on a business trip. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was spacious and well-appointed. The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The breakfast provided was delicious, and I was impressed by how clean the entire hotel was. One unique feature that I particularly enjoyed was the Kureg coffee maker in my room, which I had never seen in a hotel before. Additionally, having a guide channel on the TV was another pleasant surprise. Thanks to the fantastic staff, especially Tammy, I will definitely be choosing Hilton hotels for my future stays.
