I was appalled by the disorganization at check-in. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and inexperienced, leading to a frustrating wait. My reservation was incorrect, and when I raised the issue, they were unapologetic and dismissive. To make matters worse, there were long delays in getting even simple items like drinks from the bar, and overall, the service left much to be desired.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, especially Brandon, who was always available for assistance. The hotel’s location near dining and shopping was a major plus. The indoor pool was a cozy retreat after a long day.

Housekeeping could be improved with more consistent cleaning schedules!!! A second pool option would enhance summer enjoyment!!! The billing process was confusing with breakfast voucher issues!!! Some furniture needs replacement or fixing!!!

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and laundry facilities. On my first stay, the staff gave me excellent suggestions for local attractions. I highly recommend trying the bar/lounge area! I'm coming back soon for a city break.

this valentine's day stay at hilton garden was amazing! the staff went above and beyond, especially when they surprised us with a gift bag. their warmth and attention to detail really exceeded my previous experiences at the oaks.

the breakfast buffet could have more options.
