This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and shopping areas nearby. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable. They even offered us a free upgrade when we had an issue with the AC in our room. Additionally, the pool was clean and not overcrowded, making it the perfect spot for a morning swim. Lastly, the rooms on the higher floors provided stunning views, something that definitely added to the overall experience.

Everything was absolutely fine, no improvements needed.

This hotel was such a great find! the staff were so welcoming and helpful whenever we needed anything. The room we had was on the third floor and had an amazing view. The prices were also really reasonable, and we felt like we got great value for money. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and filling - we particularly loved the cafe attendants who were so lovely to chat with.

Location was convenient, close to restaurants and with a nice path around a nearby lake to go running in the morning. the room was clean and staff was friendly. Late at night we were able to find food at the hotel and it was good. the breakfast variety was also good.

The air conditioning in our room didn't work well and there was poor lighting. We also had trouble getting pool towels both days.
