During my stay at Hilton Garden, I had the best experience with the hotel staff. One particular staff member went above and beyond by noticing that I had gone to another hotel's coin laundry and when it started raining, she found me across the street and brought me an umbrella. The entire staff was friendly and made me feel like I was part of their family. I highly recommend this hotel.

The added bonus of having a shuttle service was convenient for our family, allowing us to easily explore the area. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, with a smaller pool specifically designed for smaller children. We also enjoyed ordering from the Garden Grill, as the food was delicious and the service was excellent.

We felt well taken care of and had no complaints whatsoever.

Hilton Garden Inn in the Des Moines area is a great place to stay. The hotel's location is ideal, being very close to a variety of good restaurants in the area. Not to mention the Bar Restaurant, which offers very serviceable food and drinks. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience for guests.

It would have been better if there were more pillows available in the rooms.

I also loved the fact that the hotel had exceptional food options, which is a rare find. the location was perfect, being close to shopping centers and other key attractions, making it very convenient for me.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs. The room was clean and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast. We had a minor issue with some items in the room not functioning properly, but the rest of our stay was great. I would recommend this hotel.

Good complimentary coffee and decent beer, plus the location is close to the city center. We also got a free shuttle ride.

The breakfast buffet was overpriced for the quality offered, it was not worth the $11.95 price tag. the children's price was also too expensive at $5.95.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we particularly loved the fact that there was a shuttle service available for our convenience. The location in a great neighborhood made it easy for us to explore this city. Additionally, the breakfast provided was wonderful and the Bar Restaurant was very serviceable. It was also quick for us to get downtown, which was a big plus.
